Our home is located on a high dune with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico along the sandy white shores of the Emerald Coast, on the Florida Panhandle. Located in Gulf Trace, a secluded beach community 1/2 mile West of Grayton Beach and 20 miles East of Destin. Bordered by Grayton Beach State Park 800-acre dune preserve, freshwater "Alligator Lake", massive windswept dunes, native vegetation, and abundant wildlife. Vista Dunes has a heated swimming pool and a screened pool-side summer kitchen with gas grill, fridge, sink and dining bar with magnificent gulf and state preserve views. Located adjacent to an 800 acre nature preserve in Gulf Trace, FL, Vista Dunes is a beautiful four bedroom, four bath private beach house sleeping 14 guests. One wing has two bedrooms with two King beds in each room. Full Cabana Bath in summer kitchen/pool area featuring 32" TV. The other wing has two bedrooms with one King bed in each room. The large "Great Room" is 24 feet wide by 42 feet long with lots of glass windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, 1/4 mile stretch of pristine sand dunes which is part of the State Preserve and a beautiful lake. The great room also has a custom-made Queen-size Murphy Bed. The kitchen is furnished and has an 8 foot island with bar stools. This island is great to just sit at and watch the Gulf of Mexico or for serving a large buffet dinner. Granite countertops and sinks in kitchen and baths. Dining table is 4'X8' granite top seating 10 comfortably. The seven foot dining table seats 8 to 10 people. There is a TV in every bedroom, and the den has a 55 inch cable connected TV with VCR/DVD and theater seating for viewing your favorite movies. Broadband wireless cable internet. Free long distance phone service within U.S. The master suite has a private bath with double sinks and walk-in closet. 55" flat screen TV with Cable, w/DVD/Blu-Ray and Netflix Movies, Bose Stereo/CD Player, 42" flat screen TV in Master Suite w/DVD/Blu-Ray and Netflix Movies, All other bedrooms have 32" flat screen TVs with DVD, Central Air/Heat , Fully Furnished Kitchen, Ceiling Fans, Stereo and CD Player, Fax Machine, Telephones, Screened Porch, Electric Grills on Porches, Washer / Dryer, Linens & Towels, Open Sun Decks, Internet Access Some guests even use this walk-in closet as a nursery since it is large enough for a port-a-crib and has an air-conditioning/heating vent.
